Welcome to Alina Madan Art (the “Site,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), home of the online art courses Floral Joy ,  The Bloom Joy, and The Supplies Saver. By accessing or using our courses, materials, and services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to the terms below.

If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services. You must be at least 18 years old to enroll or make a purchase.

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

2. Single-Person License

Each course is sold under a single-person, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not:

• Share login credentials or course access links.

• Redistribute, reproduce, or publicly post course materials

• Use the content in classrooms, group trainings, or workshops without written permission.

3. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content within our courses—including videos, written lessons, images, downloadable files, and supplementary materials—is protected by copyright and owned or licensed by Alina Madan Art.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or remove watermarks, trademarks, or branding.
Any reference images or templates provided are for practice purposes only and may not be exhibited, sold, or used commercially without permission.

4. Trademarks

The course names “Floral Joy” ,  “The Bloom Joy”, and “The Supplies Saver” and all related logos or marks are trademarks of Alina Madan Art. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

5. Accounts

Some Services require you to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information

• Keep your login credentials secure.

• Be responsible for all activity under your account.
  Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or breaches.
  
  

6. Programs, Pricing & Lifetime Access

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, purchases are one-time payments (not ongoing subscriptions).
“Lifetime access” means access for the life of the product—as long as that course or program remains available. We reserve the right to discontinue or update any course at any time.

7. Payment Terms

• Payment Authorization: By purchasing, you authorize us (and our processors such as Stripe or PayPal) to charge your selected payment method for the displayed amounts.

• Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable sales or value-added taxes.
  
  

8. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may violate these Terms and may result in account suspension. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and recover related fees.

9. Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If a course or membership is explicitly offered as a subscription, it will automatically renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by emailing  alina.madan.art@gmail.com.Subscriptions cannot be paused, and partial refunds are not provided.

10. Cancellations & Refunds

We offer 30-Day Ask me Anything Support. If you face any challenges and have questions, just email us and I’ll give you a support needed to help you get unstuck and paint your flower with ease.

 To request support, contact alina@alinamadanart.com within 30 days of purchase. 

Due to digital nature of the product that gets delivered instantly to your inbox upon purchase we are unable to offer any refund. But rest assured that you will get the support you need so you never have to ask for one!

11. User Content & Community Guidelines

If you post content (comments, artwork, feedback) in our community or social platforms, you are responsible for that content and grant us permission to share or feature it for educational and promotional purposes.
You must not post illegal, harassing, or offensive material.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse or damage the Site or Services.

• Share or distribute materials without authorization.

• Harass, threaten, or abuse others.

• Post false, infringing, or obscene content.

• Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer any portion of the Site.
  
  

13. Disclaimer

Our courses are educational and for personal creative development. Results vary for each student. We make no guarantees of artistic skill improvement or financial success.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alina Madan Art and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the course or product in question.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alina Madan Art and its representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms or misuse of materials. Upon termination, you must delete all downloaded materials and cease using the Services.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Hennepin County, Minnesota. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before litigation.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or notice on our Site 30 days prior to becoming effective.
